The TAFE building consists of three levels of multidisciplinary education. The construction comprises 6500 square meters floor plate on the lower ground floor and 5000 square meters structural floor plates to the upper ground floor. Level 1 has two elevated plant rooms to the north and south of the building. The project was severely impacted by the inclement weather, trade shortages and material price rises. ADCO’S ability in consultation with specialized consultants and stakeholders successfully delivered this landmark project that is designed to accommodate up to 3500 enrollments, targeting 700 trade apprentices each year.  The project team and subcontractors have demonstrated great skill and determination to deliver a project of such high quality. The team’s ‘can-do’ attitude has produced a world-class teaching facility for the construction industry.
