The Simulation Modelling and Analysis for Research & Teaching (SMART) facility is located at Wollongong University.
The gross floor area is approximately 12,000m2; it is a four storey concrete structure with a very detailed façade system.
Three link bridges connect to adjacent buildings.
On the ground floor there is a large open area for manufacturing research and teaching, this area has an overhead gantry crane and a “Strong Floor”.
The upper floors have specialised research facilities, teaching laboratories, research spaces and lecture rooms.
