This build starts off below the level of the harbour in sand. From the letterbox to the back gate you can see the difficulties of this project, from the access through a narrow one-way street and the complexity of the design. The attention to detail in this large house, with many luxurious high-end finishes, is flawless. It was a real pleasure to see such great workmanship.
