The Builder has paid special attention to the detail and finishes in the construction of this modern home.  A feature of the house, which is built hard on one boundary of a long narrow block, is the central kitchen which opens onto an interior courtyard, and the fully opening set of bifolds at the rear allow the family room to flow out to the barbeque area.
