This dual occupancy steps down the slope from the road and creates terraces that take advantage of the ocean views from indoor and outdoor areas.  The design and finishes are innovative and include features such as cantilever stair treads that are stabilised with full height glass balustrades and a glass bridge below a feature skylight that brings natural light through the stair well to the floors below.
