Construct only project for the constructing a six storey building comprising of 12,000 sqm of building area incorporating a 112 car park basement, major integrated car service workshop & showroom fitout with additional 77 car spaces on the roof. 
The building being a concrete framed structure with exterior precast concrete panels & glazed facade that exceeded BCA Part J.
The works were undertaken on a very confined site due street frontages and overhead power lines.
Project presented well with excellent finishes to very high quality.
