4mm clear toughened glass. SAI Global AS/NZS 2208: 1996 Toughened Stamp License Mark Number SMK40346

What are the defects?

The product may not have been toughened correctly, and may not shatter according to the requirements of the Australian Design Rules.

What are the hazards?

If the glass breaks, it may break into fragments/particles and pose a risk of injury to anyone that comes into contact with it.

What should consumers do?

Consumers should contact Landson Glass to determine if their product is from an affected batch. Affected products will be replaced at no cost to the consumer.
