Beechwood have many home designs including single-storey, double storey, narrow block, acreage, and granny flats, all of which can be customised to suit individual requirements. Beechwood Homes first entered the Excellence in Housing Awards in 2015, winning in both 2015 and 2019.

Fundamental to their values is the use of sustainable building products in all constructions. Company Director Joe Mercieca has over 29 years’ experience in the building industry, both in residential and commercial construction. Operating in the Blue Mountains since 2003, Blue Eco Homes are a family-owned and managed construction business using local trades on building projects where possible. 

Clarendon Homes has been building family homes for over 40 years in NSW and QLD.  Clarendon are a privately owned company, focussing on the Greenfields and Knockdown Rebuild markets, catering for families of all sizes, who are buying their second or third home. Clarendon Homes NSW first entered the Excellence in Housing Awards in 2012, and this year will be competing within the $500,001 - $600,000, $600,001 - $800,000 and $800,0001 & over price categories. 

Established in Queensland in 1990, Coral Homes has 30 years’ experience in the building industry. CEO Steve Foley is responsible for driving the $285 Million business, along with a dynamic leadership team with 165 years combined industry experience. Their build region encompasses 1415 suburbs and 59 councils, spanning from Bundaberg to Sydney. This is Coral Homes first year entering the Excellence in Housing Awards and they will be competing within the $300,001 - $350,000 price categories. 

Eden Brae has built contemporary homes across metropolitan Sydney, the Central Coast, and the Hunter and Illawarra regions for over 19 years. They were crowned the winners of the MBA National Business Leadership Award last year, and have won Excellence in Housing Awards in 2012, 2013, 2016 and 2019. This year, Eden Brae will be competing within the $250,001 - $300,000, $300,001 -$350,000, $350,001 - $400,000, and $400,001 - $500,000 price categories. 

Fairmont Homes NSW has been a family owned and operated business since 2000. Director Tom Logue has over 30 years’ experience as a builder and has carefully handpicked a highly experience and motivated team. Fairmont Homes NSW provide custom-luxury residences, medium density developments, major renovations and additions throughout Sydney. In 2010, Fairmont Homes NSW explored a different arm of the building market with the opening of their first two display homes at Gregory Hills. 

Firstyle Homes have been building homes for Australian family’s for the past 20 years. They provide an array of double and single storey floor plans to suit market relevant lot sizes. Firstyle Homes have been entering the Excellence in Housing Awards since 2014, and this year will be competing within the UP TO $250,000, $250,001 - $300,000, $300,001 - $350,000 and $350,001 - $400,000 price categories. 

Fowler Homes is an Australian family owned and operated residential builder, who has over 40 years of experience in the industry. Frank Grippaudo, the Managing Director, joined the family business in 1998. From there they started building client contracted homes and built the first Fowler display homes in the Nelson’s Ridge Display Village in 2004. Fowler Homes specialise in single storey, double storey and acreage designs, duplexes, knockdown rebuilds and house and land packages.

Peter Leotta has been a licensed builder since 2004. With a background in the commercial sector, Peter was one of the youngest builders in QLD to attain an Open Builder Licence. In 2007 he started Frase Constructions, and 2010, Frase Constructions purchased the G.J. Gardner Homes Tweed Heads franchise. The business has since expanded into the Northern Rivers Region to include Byron, Kyogle & Ballina Shires with latest Display Homes opened in Ballina & Terranora in 2019.

Hall & Hart allow you to customise their plans to make them your own, or start with a blank sheet of paper.  Hall & Hart first entered the Excellence in Housing Awards in 2019 and won for their Display Home within the $600,001 - $650,000 price category. This year they will be competing within $400,001 - $500,000, $600,001 - $800,000, and $800,001 & OVER.

Icon Homes is a boutique home builder aiming to provide architectural style homes throughout the Northern Beaches & Northern Suburbs, Greater Western Sydney region, and the Southern Highlands & South Coast. Between the group’s directors, they possess more than 50 years’ worth of experience in building architectural style homes, stemming from single-storey dwellings to multi-unit developments. Icon Homes first entered the Excellence in Housing Awards in 2019 and won Display Homes $600,001 & OVER. 

The Sydney based business was started by two brothers, Michael & Peter Kulakovski, both raised and living in the Hawkesbury area. Peter was originally a frame carpenter and Michael was a joiner, and Kurmond homes now offer an extensive new home builders range of luxury and modern single storey-homes, two-storey homes, split-level homes & acreage home designs. Masterton Homes has been entering the Excellence in Housing Awards since 2012, winning awards in 2012, 2014, 2015, 2017, 2018 and 2019. This year, we are very excited to see Masterton Homes compete with 6 entries across 5 different price categories.
