• The closing loopholes bill is the third major tranche of changes in Australian workplace law made by the Albanese government since it won power in May 2022

• The bill in it's current form represents a massive and retrograde change to workplace law in Australia and Master Builders has expressed our grave concerns at a national level and will continue to advocate to see the bill improved
