About Paul Penna
 

Paul offers two quite distinct perspectives:

  • What it takes to be an Olympic champion and perform under pressure
  • Success in life is not about the medals

Paul Penna is a recognised Performance Psychologist, having worked with many of Australia’s top sports people and teams, including working on 12 Olympic campaigns.  Paul has been the Team/Lead Performance Psychologist for the Australian Swim Team, Rugby 7’s, Bowls and Triathlon.
 
The experience and insights gained within the competitive sporting arena are found to be highly transferable to other industries and individual’s.
 
In partnership with his wife Jocelyn (whom is also a Performance Psychologist) Paul has developed a successful business, Focus Performance Psychology, which assists individuals and teams to obtain peak performances. His clients include professional athletes and sporting teams, motor sport athletes, corporate executives and teams, and performers.
 
Working with a holistic approach when working with his clients, Paul seeks to help individuals attain their goals, as well as the elusive life balance, purpose and self-worth.
