Notice is hereby given in accordance with By-Laws 19(d) & 19(e) for a Special General Meeting (SGM) of the Hunter Division. 
 
The business of the SGM is listed below. No other business will be discussed.

1. Declare all positions on the Committee of Management vacant.
2. Elect a new Committee of Management for 2024/25.

In accordance with By-Law 12(c) written nominations for Committee of Management are now being called and will close, not later than 4pm on Thursday 6th February 2025 (see below link for the nomination form).

If more than eight nominations are received, a secret ballot will be conducted at the SGM in accordance with By-Law 12(d).
 
Nominations will only be called from the floor if less than eight written nominations are received.

To be eligible to nominate for the Committee of Management of the Hunter Division, the candidate, nominator and seconder must all be financial members of the Association as at close of business on Wednesday 29th January 2025.
