The $64 million dollar project is located adjacent to the Sydney international airport terminal on the original on grade car park, (which remained operational during the construction period) with the under ground airport railway line tunnel also adjacent to the site. 
This design and construct project has capacity of 3,103 vehicles, over (8) levels (designed to be extended to 12 levels) includes a vertical transportation hub of three (3) lifts, ten (10) moving walkways and the incorporation of a single 60m span cable stayed road and pedestrian bridge linking the car park to the airport international terminal.
The floor plate of 12,100 sqm on plan and was broken up into six pour areas, the site team set the objective of a 22 week programme to complete the structure comprising 48 pours of 1800 sqm each using a formwork beam slab system.
Extensive collaborative planning with airport authorities was required to construct such a large project in a live operational environment with approximately 12 million people walking past the site during the construction period.
