The private school project reveals a superior educational facility that brings together a unique and challenging structure, with high-quality established finishes that have been applied through the use of both traditional and modern construction techniques.  With the use of sandstone, Bowral Bricks and tile and copper metal roofing, the design of the new Senior School Academy references beautiful historic buildings of past decades. The external façade of the new building is notably in keeping with some of the existing school facilities, while the new fitout reflects a modern, state-of-the-art educational and learning facility.  ADCO viewed the uninterrupted operation and safety of Knox Grammar School as one of the most critical aspects contributing to the overall success of the project. It managed the project in a manner that minimised disruption and ensured the safety of school students, parents, teachers and all other site users.  ADCO successfully delivered innovative buildings on time on budget and to the highest quality.
