A design that requires the demolition of the 3 lower levels of a 5 level Victorian Terrace presented a huge challenge to the builders who overcame this with complex temporary support structures. Couple this with the need to underpin existing and adjacent structures required great skill and knowhow. The resulting renovation and extension are superb and mask the complex nature of the preliminary work. A project any builder should be proud of.
