The location of this obscure site at Port Botany at the water’s edge presented the builder with unique construction difficulties’ including severe restrictions on security, material storage, vehicle access and working in a 24 hour a day operational Port facility which required that the building sequencing and staging was planned around the Ports operational and weather requirements.
The end result is a building that has achieved the highest quality with a well built, state of the art operations centre for Sydney Ports constructed under extreme space and environmental constraints of the harbour site.
