This entry is by far the largest ever builder designed home in this D&C category, requiring the builder to employ two draughtsmen for most of the construction period  to produce the over 50 detailed drawings required.  The final result is stunning. The judges were both overwhelmed with the finishes and the effort put into the job by the builder.  The site was extremely difficult and consists of a four level home, pool, lift and boat shed.
