Andrew has a broad knowledge of the carpentry field, allowing him to tackle challenging tasks. His thorough understanding of the correct working procedures enables him to confidently make decisions and carry out work to a high quality.
Andrew is self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision, and is considered an asset to the team. These are often rare qualities in young apprentices.  Andrew’s ability to get on well with all trades on site can be attributed to his down-to-earth temperament and easy-going nature. His personable approach combined with his commitment to quality delivery ensures he will become an excellent site manager in the near future.  Since commencing his apprenticeship with Grindley, Andrew has worked on various construction sites within the commercial, industrial, community and aged care sectors.
