Andrew is an extremely diligent apprentice who completely commits himself to assigned tasks. Andrew possesses a work ethic rarely observed in youth of his age. This attribute, combined with a high level of physical strength and fitness, has resulted in Andrew possessing a diligence that is extremely valuable to the business. Andrew takes pride in his work and the satisfaction he feels in completing tasks well is obvious to those who work with him.   Andrew’s positive approach to life and to his work is infectious to those around him.  Andrew’s supervisors have observed that in diligently applying himself to tasks, those working with and around Andrew naturally start working to Andrew’s level, which results in greater work team productivity. This natural leadership of work teams has developed in Andrew particularly over the past 12 months as he has assumed greater supervisory responsibility.
