As a female undertaking carpentry apprenticeship in a male dominated industry, Ashley is a pioneer and sets a positive example for females wishing to do the same.
Ashley’s willingness to ‘have a go’ at any task that may be assigned to her is truly a valuable trait to have and is infectious to those around her.  Well deservingly, Ashley is a highly decorated apprentice, recognised by others for her achievements at work.

•    Master Builders NSW 1st Year Female Apprentice of the Year Award 2015 (See attached)
•    Master Builders NSW 3rd Year Female Apprentice of the Year Award 2016; (See attached)
•    Master Builders NSW 4th Year Female Apprentice of the Year Award 2017; and
•    The National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) Award for Excellence.
NAWIC awarded Ashley with the Brookfield Global Integrated Solutions Tradesperson Scholarship
