I believe Ashley as a stage 2 apprentice in the construction industry exceeds the expectations of a stage 2 apprentice.  Ashley handles all tasks asked of her with a high level of professionalism and maturity beyond her years.
Ashley has the ability to organize and plan tasks for each day and is able to look ahead to see what is needed to be done on the site to assist in the smooth operations of the project.
Ashley has excellent communication skills and demonstrates this regularly with her supervisors and peers on a daily basis.
Her attitude on site is always positive and upbeat.

GOALS & AMBITIONS
Ashley plans to complete her apprenticeship and to follow the footsteps of other female tradies by establishing her own subcontracting business.
