Within a strata roof void that would otherwise be wasted space the builder had to work within, the pitch of the roof.  He had to comply to client’s expectations with finding and matching recycled flooring and cedar. The Cabrio skylight converting to a Juliet style balustrade /balcony , all within the existing pitch , was special
