A meticulously documented and sophisticated architectural design requiring, among many other fine details, an existing timber floor frame to be removed from beneath the entire timber-framed dwelling and replaced with suspended concrete. This was just one of the many challenges faced by the builder in order to achieve this wonderful result. A credit to the builder.
