ARCHITECT/DESIGNER:  Nobbs Radford.      This challenging build saw the builders exceed expectations, evident in the final outcome. Judging was a pleasure. Highlights included the beautifully curved gyprock staircase with precise shadowline margins, impressive concrete floors, and curved walls.
