ARCHITECT/DESIGNERS:  "CM Studio", for the Molong, in North Curl Curl and Trappers in Avalon;  ARCHITECT/DESIGNERS: "Nobbs Radford", for the Brighton in Nth Bondi; and ARCHITECT/DESIGNERS:  "Your Beautiful Home""  for the Bower in Manly.                                                                           Bau Group has consistently delivered exceptional projects year after year, and 2024 is no exception. The quality of their work across all submissions this year was outstanding.  Notable projects include the Molong in North Curl Curl, a new build that showcases a masterful blend of materials, resulting in a stunning and functional home with a resort-like ambiance.  The Brighton, North Bondi renovation  was a challenging project where Bau Group exceeded expectations, highlighted by the beautifully curved gyprock staircase with precise shadow line margins, impressive concrete floors, and curved walls.   The Trappers, Avalon, renovation featured first-class finishes and workmanship.    Despite the challenges of limited access and complex contiguous piling, the team delivered a spectacular, expansive family home, the Bower, Manly restoration, Bau Group executed an impressive internal update, particularly in the living and music rooms. Their superb attention to detail has transformed this space into a functional, modern home.         Each of these projects is a testament to Bau Group's skill, craftsmanship, and the diverse range of high-quality work they consistently deliver, earning them the 2024 Master Builder of the Year award.
