The Hospital is located on the grounds of the Macquarie University North Ryde Campus.
The project consists of two buildings, the Hospital and Specialist Clinic buildings.
The Hospital building has two basement levels for 450 vehicles and 5 bunkers which will house radioactive equipment. The six upper levels have 183 patient beds, 12 operating theatres etc.
The Clinic building has two basement car park levels and five upper levels for specialist rooms and education & research facilities. The two buildings are connected at basement level and by a 40m elevated enclosed bridge.
This well constructed and finished project costing $157 million was completed in 3 years.
