This 5 Story commercial building was originally built in 1916 and was used for many years, for the manufacturing of clothing. Over later years it became a storage facility for Grace Bros, then finally it was purchased for conversion to office space by a private family company.  The works involved the complicated rearrangement of heritage structural timber, steel plates and beams plus patching and repairing the old hardwood timber floor.
