Housed in a building circa 1870 this store would be one of the finest examples of how to retain a heritage building and blend in a most modern unique fit-out of a world class standard.   Exposed original stone and brick walls are a feature of the meat preparation area which is adjacent to a glass fronted cool room with sides of meat hanging from a revolving rack. The rear wall of this area contains salt to enhance the curing of the meat. 
There are many imaginative concepts brought to fruition in this project carried out in an expert manner. The magnificent finishes provide the best possible presentation of the various meats and provisions and create a wonderful ambience most pleasing to the customers.
