This large detailed new dwelling was constructed behind the façade of 2 19th century single storey terraces.  The dwelling is a fantastic combination of timber, copper, zinc, sandstone, limestone and glass which has produced an internal wonderland with finishes superb and faultless.  A wonderful project for the judges and congratulations go to this young building company.
