Bellevarde Constructions has won numerous MBA and other industry awards over the years.  This entry was constructed on a difficult site and has been finished perfectly.  The main entry consists of one straight staircase running down three levels, supported on each side by a concrete off-form shear wall which dominated the design.  A most worthy winner.
