The extensive renovation project was completed in 2 stages. The works included demolition, structural works, services fit out and finishes, external works, commissioning and handover. Design challenges from working in confined spaces around the tides from the Brisbane River, the structural redesigns and the safe removal of forty years of redundant cables in the ceiling spaces were handled professionally by Belmadar and their subcontractors. The standard of finishes and exceptional build quality demonstrates Belmadar’s ability to systematically work through complexities and solve issues resulting in a credible refurbishment that exceeded all expectations. The club’s interiors are world class, and the venue is an outstanding addition to the Central Coast community.
