Working in a small shopfitting factory requires an eye for detail and fortunately this is what we found in Ben.  His quality of work is and the pace he is able to maintain this high level of workmanship is outstanding.
He has the utmost of patience, having to work from spec sheets and is very competent when installing complicated cabinet mechanisms.   He takes a lot of pride in his work. He is the only apprentice we would trust to cut handpicked veneer where a mistake would be devastating to the finish date and final product.
Ben certainly has raised the bar for the other of apprentices in terms of his level of achievement. Clients have praised him for his work and whilst he has not received any formal recognition for his outstanding recognition, we feel he is the best 2nd year apprentice in his field in Australia!
Goals & Ambitions
We are hoping Ben’s goal is to stay on with jayen Innovations as competing with him would be quite the challenge.
