A difficult and steep site necessitated unique architectural concepts and construction. Steel, timber, and concrete elements were designed in a wave format with large open spans, underpinned by exposed beautifully curved timber. Specific materials and skill with their application dictated the accuracy in execution and integrity of the structure and its finishes. An excellent achievement.
