This project has been constructed on a difficult site on George St, with considerable restrictions to
access and materials handling, due to the adjacent light rail and surrounding buildings. 
The finished product is impressive, in particular the Precast Concrete external elements, and the façade.
As with a few of the construction works in 2023, the project has been delivered well in a difficult time with both COVID and inclement weather affecting the works.
