This project has been built on 2.28 hectares of land, formerly an industrial site, on Homebush Bay Foreshore and has quickly established itself as the Wentworth Point Town Centre. 
Marina Square consists of:- 
 •    765 residential apartments in seven individual buildings ranging from seven to 28 storeys 
 •    A 12,000sqm shopping centre with 45 retail tenancies including a major supermarket and a range of convenience retail outlets, together with 16 cafes and restaurants 
 •    A 1360sqm medical centre with consulting rooms  
 •    1770 parking spaces (1220 residential and 570 retail) with separate street access.  
The project has been built to a very high standard and was completed in 31 months – five months ahead of program.   Marina Square has been completed to a high quality of workmanship and is a credit to the whole dedicated design and construction team.
