Bovis Lend Lease has designed and constructed a new benchmark for shopping centres developed for new suburbs and newly erected communities.
The project has been completed in 2 years with a workforce that peaked at over 2000 workers and an expenditure of $460Million and has successfully created a “Town Centre” including 65,000 square metres of retail, entertainment and dining space; 3,000 undercover car parking spaces; 100 residential apartments; a library and community building.
