Bronxx has created a great-looking building with modern design, curves and finishes in the southern Sydney beachside suburb of Cronulla. Building setbacks give the building a real presence from the street, while the entry of the complex is similar to a five-star resort. The judges particularly admired the stunning pool and rooftop entertaining area, while inside, the internal timber floors and bathroom finishes are of the highest standard.
