This project is a purpose built single tenant building delivered with an integrated fitout allowing for the building to be customised to Sydney Water’s specific requirements. The 23,000 sq. Metre Parramatta office accommodates 1400 staff from diverse business operations ranging from scientists, administrators, engineers and field staff. 
The building has attained a 5 Star Green Star Office Design accreditation and was completed five months ahead of program. It is a very well detailed building from basement to roof with every building element completed to a very high standard.
