The Auburn Hospital redevelopment project involved major demolition and site remediation works prior to the three stage works proceeding.
The new hospital comprises two wings with two central courtyards, glazed walkways connect the two wings.
The exterior cladding comprises multi-coloured panels which obscures the fact that this is a major hospital.  
This design & construct contract cost $115 million, the services content alone was approximately $40 million, requiring detailed coordination and planning. 
This impressive hospital was built in 25 months, 4.5 months ahead of schedule.
