The Tyree Energy building is a six level, 16,000m2 research and educational facility. 
The most impressive external façade consists of terracotta tiling, terracotta louvres, composite metal cladding, fixed glazing and operable windows and aluminium louvres.
Internally there is a five level central atrium spanned by pedestrian bridges, with glazed lift shafts.
1,045 m2 of photo voltaic panels are installed on the roof.
Very slender, 23 metre high x 360mm diameter steel columns, support a high level external curved awning.
The building was constructed in 18 months.
