This stage of “The Star” casino refurbishment and upgrade required a totally new glazed façade to be erected along the Pirrama Road frontage so as to create an impressive “front door” facing Sydney Harbour. 
The works also included the provision for high end fashion shops, premium restaurants, upmarket bars and distinctive night venues.
During the construction period, the Casino and adjacent Lyric Theatre were kept operational at all times.
The work was completed in 13 months.
