This Kingsgrove duplex was designed and constructed on a diamond-shaped block of land that formed the corner of two streets and required the homes to have two separate frontages. The two homes are built around centrally located private swimming pools and have four very generous-sized bedrooms, two with private ensuite bathrooms and a ground floor guest suite. The homes feature an eclectic range of external cladding that surprisingly works well together and looks amazing.  The judges made special mention of the sun-drenched entry and stairwell, the complexity of the construction and the splendid liveability of the homes.
