This Design and Construct base building contract and Construction Management fit out contract has 12,450m2 of net lettable area; the project cost $72.2 and was completed in 19 months, a remarkable achievement.
The façade of the building is predominantly large vertical off form pre cast concrete panels. The post tensioned floor plate is 75m x 60m broken up into four pours.  
The foyer features a magnificent off form concrete spiral staircase four floors high.
All finishes are of a very high standard.
