The façade of the building is predominantly large vertical off form pre cast concrete panels with some interesting large cantilevered areas of situ concrete on the east façade, which are structurally suspended from the roof slab.
The post tensioned floor plate is 75m x 60m broken up into four pours.
The foyer features a magnificent off form concrete spiral staircase four floors high.
Excellent concrete work.
