This project comprising two lecture theatres, one seating 350 the other 250. The perimeter of the building consists of very high quality pre cast concrete panels, glazing and Alpolic cladding.  
Internally the finishes are marble floors and timber wall panelling in the foyer areas, with acoustic perforated and solid plywood panels in the lecture theatres.
The project was completed in only 8 months, to a high standard of finish.
