Buildcorp constructed, under a design and construct contract, a new 12-storey multi-function clinical services building which included six levels of wards, two levels of operating theatres, radiology and oncology bunkers, offices and consulting rooms with levels 2,3 6 and 7 as “cold shell” levels to be fitted out at a later date.
The essential services of the building required upgrades and new services lines running up to 10 kilometres to the Pacific Highway.
The internal and external finishes were installed to a high standard with attention to detail, which separates this building from the competitors. 
The level of co-ordination, design input and co-operation to give the client a facility which leads the way in hospital design is admirable. The finishes are of a very high standard.
