This outstanding fitout was constructed over four floors - levels 38 to 41 at Barangaroo. The fitout has a 500m2 commercial kitchen, TV studio supported by a dedicated AV room and green room, games room and interconnecting stairs to all levels. Level 42 provides the plant room for the exhaust to the commercial kitchen on Level 41, heating through the boiler room and humidity make-up.
The demolition package consisted of removing all carpet, ceiling tiles and associated services back to a cold shell. As well, there was concrete slab removal for the interconnecting stairs, propped over four floors, existing walls and slab penetrations.
The standard of planning, co-ordination and finish is a credit to the fitout team.
