The project consisted of three major phases:  An early works phase relating to high-risk column strengthening and foundation upgrades across multiple levels of the casino. The main works, involving the demolition of existing indoor gaming and outdoor areas, and a new structural extension from Level 3 to 5, and finally,  A high-end fitout.

The Built team handled all three phases brilliantly.
