This building took seven months to completely restyle from an old 1940’s style building to a modern open style office. The building refurbishment required the removal of a substantial amount of asbestos roofing, removal of solid brick partition walls, introduction of lateral restraint of perimeter walls, a complete services upgrade and structural strengthening.
These works have been undertaken with a high degree of co-ordination. There has been retention where possible of original features including a substantial amount of parquetry flooring that has been finished to a high standard.
