The project involved the construction of a structural steel and concrete multi storey car park for 356 cars, 23 motor bikes and storage for 24 bicycles adjacent to the operational Wollongong Railway station.
Included in the building is a range of security and accessibility features including disabled parking, lift access, CCTV, surveillance and security lighting.
The building works included the provision of continuous protection of the train travellers, and upgrading of the station entrances with high quality paving whilst not impacting on the arrival and departure of the trains.
The completed project was well built and completed in 9 months on time.
