The 18-storey university tower is a state-of-the-art building that reimagines traditional learning environments transforming education. The distinctive block and stack architectural concept coupled with multiple setbacks and rotations gives the campus an instant recognisable identity. The curtain wall facade adorned with captivating shades of gold and red culminates in an iconic landmark for the area. The ground level up to Level 9 serves predominantly as teaching space for the university. Levels 10 - 13 are cold shell office spaces whilst Levels 14 - 18 were delivered as a warm shell. The two basement levels provide car parking, stores, services and amenities. The six-star Greenstar tertiary and commercial office building can host up to 10000 students and 700 staff. Major features of the building are the cantilever floor plate starting at Level 15, the external facade panels and the interior stairs and escalator voids.    Built's  team have persevered through challenges to complete the complex build and fit-out of the building to an exceptionally high-quality finish.
